Equipped with alternating zirconia alumina and aluminum oxide flaps that outperform aluminum oxide products, this disc is designed for use on soft carbon steels, cast iron, titanium and other metals. Ideal for stock removal, deburring and grit blending, this disc features flat polyester and cotton flaps that can be used at angles from 0 to 15 degrees to achieve a perfect finish, and a trimmable backing plate provides flexibility and conformability.

  • Type 27 flat flap disc with alternating zirconia alumina and aluminum oxide flaps provides higher performance than aluminum oxide while retaining an economical price
