Returns - Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 877-783-8899 within 30 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Without offsetting order returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge. We reserve the right to issue store credit for returned merchandise.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless factory defective.
