The RIDGID 00-R & 00-RB (38540) Ratchet and Handle Assembly for 00-R & 00-RB Die Heads, 1/8 in. to 1 in. Capacity, is designed to manually thread pipe or conduit using 00-R die heads (sold separately); the ratchet and handle assembly can also thread bolt using 00-RB die heads (sold separately). Die heads can be snapped in from both sides and easily lock in place for manual threading. Please note, however, that die heads and dies are sold separately.
