Prior authorization must be obtained
before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please
call a Customer Service Representative at 877-783-8899 within 14 days after
you receive your shipment or 14 days after special holidays (Christmas or Hanukkah). Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted.
Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original
packing slip, packing materials, warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
Returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a 15% restocking
charge. All international
orders are a final sale only. AceTool.com does not accept returns for any
international order. All parts orders are final sale with no returns allowed. All refunds do not include any freight charges.
Please print and fill in the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form
below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging.
Please indicate the RMA number that was assigned to this return by the
AceTool.com Customer Service Representative. We reserve the right
to issue store credit for returned merchandise.
