Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Any item you order that weighs over 70 pounds will be shipped by one of our affiliated freight companies.
Lift Gate Service and Residential Delivery will impose an additional fee. Lift Gate Service means the driver will off-load the merchandise to the ground. Once on the ground, it is your responsibility to move the freight inside.
On all Jescraft and Vestil items, being as though they ship direct from the manufacturer, please call ahead for a freight quote. Any order received without prior freight authorization can be cancelled at any time or you may be contact for additional funds that are needed to proceed with shipping
A signature is required upon delivery of freight shipments. Before signing the freight bill of lading, inspect the shipment for damages and short

While we attempt to be accurate at all times, we may discover due to size or weight constraints that we cannot effectively ship product via regular ground transportation and Freight Delivery may be necessary. This will prevent Free Shipping. Some items may also require freight shipment due to damage or packaging concerns.
How do I return an item?
Prior authorization must be obtained before any merchandise is returned for credit, refund or replacement. Please call a Customer Service Representative at 877-783-8899 within 7 days after you receive your shipment. Unauthorized or COD returns will not be accepted. Returned merchandise must be in original factory condition with original packing slip, packing materials, and warranty cards, manuals and accessories. Without offsetting order returns requested for customer convenience may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking charge.
Please print and fill in the Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form below, and return the product in its original condition with its packaging. Please indicate the RMA number that was assigned to this return by the acetool.com customer service representative. We reserve the right to issue store credit for returned merchandise.
