Any customer of Ace Tool who has purchased 1 or more times in the past is eligible.

2. How to Enter
Submit a Review on any item on www.AceTool.com to enter. Include your name and email address.

3. Winner Notification

Winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entriesreceived. Prize drawing will be conducted on the last day of each month. Winners will be notifiedby email. Gift Card winners must email [email protected] from the email they reviewed with to claim the prize. Detailed instructions for claimingwill be posted with the winners name.

4. Conditions Of Participation

Online entrants must have valid e-mail address and it is entrant'sresponsibility to update Sponsor of any change in e-mail address.Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and bythe decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matterspertaining to this Sweepstakes. Winner may be required to sign andreturn an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release and wherelegally permissible, a Publicity Release within 7 days following thedate of first attempted notification. Failure to comply with thisdeadline may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of analternate winner. If prize is won by a minor, all requireddocumentation must be signed by the parent/legal guardian. Return ofany prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result indisqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance ofthe prize constitutes permission for Sponsor and its agencies to usewinner's name and/or likeness, biographical material and/or entry(including an altered form of the entry) for advertising andpromotional purposes in any media without geographic or timelimitation, and without additional compensation, unless prohibited bylaw. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to holdSponsor, its advertising and promotion agencies, prize providers andtheir respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners,representative agents, successors, assigns, officers, directors, andemployees harmless for any injury or damage caused or claimed to becaused by participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use ofany prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any printing, typographical,mechanical or other error in the printing of the offer, administrationof the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prize. Ifthere is a dispute as to the identity of an online entrant, the prizewill be awarded to the authorized account holder of the email address.The "authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person towhom the email address is assigned by an internet service provider,online service provider or other organization (e.g., business,educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning emailaddresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Sponsor is not responsible for electronic transmission errors resultingin omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations ortransmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to oralterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephoneequipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions orlimitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure toreceive entry information by Sponsor or presenter on account oftechnical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portionof the program is not capable of running as planned, includinginfection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorizedintervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes whichcorrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, orproper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at itssole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend theSweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to select winner from eligibleentries received as of the termination date. Sponsors further reservethe right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entryprocess. Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in theSweepstakes if it determines that said entrant is attempting toundermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating,hacking, deception or other unfair playing practices or intending toabuse, threaten or harass other entrants. Caution: Any attempt by aparticipant to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine thelegitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal andcivil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves theright to seek damages from any such participant to the fullest extentof the law.
